So, in a few easy lines, we have summarised our Terms of Service.They do not take the place of the actual legal documentation, but they will give you an idea of what is included inside it. To use our tools, you must be at 16 years old.

Your material is yours - you own it, and you are solely responsible for its creation and distribution. We'll only do what's necessary to ensure that our services continue to operate correctly, unless you are engaging in unlawful activity, in which case we may ban and/or remove your content as well as suspend your accounts.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms, service, and/or prices at any time. In the event that you already have an account and don't like anything we modify, you may cancel it at any time.

We should also point out that you use our service at your own risk, and that we are not responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of anything going wrong.

About us

ShareUpld is a powerful web application, which means you can access it from nearly any device or computer without the need to download any software. ShareUpld provides the same user experience on every contemporary device, whether it's a tablet, phone, or PC at home.

Use ShareUpld with your computer or phone by selecting Add from my computer from the drop-down menu and then selecting the files you desire to share. To share files from your desktop, you may simply drag & drop them onto the Share page.

You will be able to view your files above the Add from my computer button after they have been uploaded. To share a link to the files, select how you want to distribute them: via email or link, then click Share. The files are automatically packed and uploaded to ShareUpld's secure server via an automated process.

ShareUpld is a file sharing application that is optimised for mobile and desktop use. It makes it simple to exchange files whether you are at your desk or on the move.
